Thanksgiving Giveaway Party!

Hi there! It is time for another giveaway! Since it is November, I name this giveaway "Thanksgiving Giveaway" and there is a different rule I want you all to follow... Well, I bet you want to know what the items for the giveaway are. I will explain the rules later.

The first item is (drum roll....)

Four square frames and a Moda Charm pack. When I did this tutorial, I got such a great response and many of you wanted to know where I found the frames. They were all out at the stores, but I found some more! I decided to giveaway four of them, so if you want to follow the framed fabric tutorial, the charm pack squares are the perfect size for the project too.

Next item is...

Little Girls Handbag.

My daughter uses her bag for everything, but on Sunday, it becomes her scripture bag.

The last item is ...

A Doll Quilt. I actually used left over fabrics from the project I am currently working on. This turned out very cute! It is hand quilted, the size is 13 1/2" x 16 1/2". Rachel uses her's all the time to put her baby dolls to sleep. If you don't have a little girl to give it to, you can uses it as a place mat or wall hanging too.

OK, here is the rule.

1, Since this is a "Thanksgiving Giveaway" instead of leaving regular comments, let me know what you are thankful for. This is sort of a pre-Thanksgiving party at Tea Rose Home! I would love to read what people are thankful for, It will remind me of what kind of blessings we have in our daily lives and I bet it will lift up others' spirits too!

For an extra entry do one of the following, for two extra entries do both of the following:

1. Follow me! I would love to see your friendly faces on my side bar!

2. Blog about this giveaway on your blog and come back to let me know.

When you do all those things, you will be entered three times. Unlike my other giveaways, I will keep this giveaway open for two weeks. I can't wait to read all your "thankful lists", it will be fun!

  8. I am so thankful for a husband who loves and cherishes me. One who always seems to have my best interest in mind. I am also thankful for God allowing me to be a mom to two boys. I love my boys. Even though I am a crafter and would have loved to have had a girl to share that love with.. I would not change it if I could.

  9. I am thankful for the way that the kids can make me forget about a stressful day just by the little things they do. Coming home to find my 2 year old son dancing and singing in my daughter's 2 piece swimsuit, learning to use the potty chair wearing his helmet and holding his football, and all the little things kids do that make you laugh.

  14. I have had a lot of stomach pain and had a CT scan that found a spot on my pancreas. The radiologist said it didn't look like a cyst so we were sure I had pancreatic cancer (life expectancy of 2 years) I waited 3 weeks for another test with biopsy. It is a cyst!!!! So glad in the midst of cancer prognosis I knew I was a child of God and had a peace about what would come. Some things are not as important like how long my 16 yr old son's hair is.

  25. Oh this is wonderful!! I love your blog.

My son has severe food allergies and is on a feeding tube. His monthly formula alone is more than a mortgage payment. His other medical stuff is about $4,500 a month. Lucky for us, our insurance covers it all!

I am so thankful for a husband who works so hard for us to provide not only a roof over our heads, but also medical insurance. Without it, we would be sunk for sure. We are really fortunate to have insurance that covers so much.

I love to see what people are thankful for. It makes you remember what really is important. Thanks for letting me play along!!

I am thankful for crafts & friends bonding through crafts. That may sound wierd, but since I had my 2nd child I felt like I lost myself & needed to find that sense of me again. Having friends over to do a tutorial together, or trying to come up with my own little master piece has allowed me to feel whole again, to feel like a happy well-rounded mom.

  118. I'm thankful for so many things: my family - husband and seven kids, my Jesus, my friends, loving hearts, hugs and kisses, sweet giggles from my 2 year old, big baby belly laughs, love you notes from my six year old, touchdown runs from my 14 year old, late night chats with my 16 year old, a car that runs, a house that is warm and filled with love, food on the table, joy in our hearts, a warm cup of team, cuddly blanket and a good book...

  119. good evening, I new to blogging. My daughter actually got me interested in it. Now I look at so much.

I am so thankful for the wonderful life God has offered me, He has provided me with a wonderful husband of 25 years, four beautiful children, a wonderful son-in-law, and now a beautiful grandaughter Harper Jolene to carry on our generation of love.

I would post you on my blog but don't know how to do that yet. I will ask though.

I love your work and hope to have the honor of providing my grandaughter this beautiful quilt to carry around with her.

  120. I am thankful for many things - that I have a job, that I'm relatively healthy, that I have a loving hubby, that I have a great family, that I quilt, that my sons are healthy and self-sufficient(SP?), that I live in a country that is fairly safe and well, you know what I mean. *grin*

  122. so fun. I love seeing the new things you come up with. I am already a follower.

I am thankful for modern conveniences. Especially for Washing machines and dishwashers. I can't imagine having to do everything by hand. They help me have more time to spend with my family and yet still have clean clothes and dishes.

  135. What a great idea....I'm thankful that my dad is still with us to celebrate this thanksgiving with me and my family. He underwent 5 way bypass just weeks ago. The day I found out he was in the hospital, I was a mess. I am so thankful he is still with us and can see my two little girls grow up and become young women and mothers themselves.

  136. What a generous giveaway!

Wow, what am I grateful for? Geez, that list is much too long to put here. We are so incredibly blessed! So I will say that right this second, I am thankful for tiny toes. My 9-month-old is lying on my lap with her tiny toes pressed against my cheek. And I am so thankful to have precious tiny toes in my life. Even in those moments I am worn thin, completely exhausted, and desperate for a break or a moment to myself, it remains a gift to be the mother of two beautiful, healthy little ones. So I am thankful for tiny toes and all the joy they bring.
