I'm thankful for the birth of my daughter a couple of weeks ago. I am thankful I am healing well after having a c-section. I am truly thankful for my wonderful husband and my children who are so full of energy and life. I'm thankful for a mom who came and helped us when the baby was born and for a sister who is coming to make me Thanksgiving dinner:) Life is good!

ReplyDeleteThree things that right now, today, I am especially thankful for... (besides the everyday things like family, friends, etc) are: 1. My job. I have been out of work since I graduated with my MBA in December 2010 and just got a job in October. Yay! 2. Blogging. I'm new to the whole thing, having just started about 2 weeks ago, but I love it!!! 3. That I work at a place where I can take a few minutes everyday and enjoy the blogging community. :)

I've been doing thankful for posts on my blog all november, such a good way to stay in the spirit of thanksgiving longer than just next weekend. i am thankful for challenges, finding passions in life, tender mercies and forgiving people who give you the benefit of the doubt, and of course, my wonderful husband.

I am thankful for my wonderful husband, my two boys, and all my family and friends. I'm thankful for the trials that we've been through for the past year because it's brought us closer, made us stronger and kept our sights on what's truly important. I'm thankful for laughter and giggles.

I'm thankful for the fact that my little boy is just stubborn and doesn't have major learning issues as we had first thought. (I never thought I'd be thankful for stubbornness!)

ReplyDeleteI just today wrote a quick note to a former supervisor, whom I call my Sister-Boss. We haven't worked together or lived in the same state for more than 12 years. Told her she is on my list of thankfulness, always. My life is richer in meaning because of her.

I'm thankful for many things! I am a breast cancer survivor. Today I had my doctors check up and found out that all is well and I am healthy! I'm so grateful for good health and to be alive. :)

ReplyDeleteI should do a little "Thanksgiving Giveaway" myself too, don't you think? Giving is receiving though. I love to give more than to receive 'cause everytime I'm giving something to someone, I feel like I've been received so much LOVE from God and others.
I'm thankful for God has given me so much this year. I'm thankful for all the good health that God has given to my Mom, my Dad, my hubby, my little children, my sisters, and brothers.
